Turn semi-bluff raise

I don't like this turn raise with J high. I'd like it much more with an A high hand. (more outs, small showdown value). With A high, you can check river unimproved. With J high you have to bet the river (if you think you have any chance of getting the opponent to fold), and this is borderline spewing.
