Hand 1 looks alright. You have a weak flush and it'd be very easy for him to have a higher one.

Hand 2 I would raise the flop.

Hand 3, bet the flop.

Against the majority of NL25 players that I've played against, hand1 is definately a raise. None of them will ever think that you caught a runner runner flush, and >70% of them will pay off with a strong king/2-pair.
