"What is your travel time to and from your most reuglar casino you play in ?"

15 minutes.

"How near is the closest one ?"

I'm 8 miles from Arizona Charlie's (west) but I don't play there much. When Red Rock opens I'll have a poker room only 2 miles away. Woo-Hoo!

do you live in Summerlin? My brother who lives there keeps talking about the Red Rock poker room saying its going to be one of the biggest one's in Vegas. Is this true? is it going to be a local-catering-jackpot-drop kind of place? or an off strip attraction for tourists? Is it a station casino? anything you know would be great... thanks

"do you live in Summerlin?"

Yes.

I don't think of 15 tables as being "big" but 15 is better then 10.

It's a Station's casino. They (Station's Brass) think of it (Red Rock) as "GVR North". At least that's what they have been telling me. btw, GVR North would imply an upscale Station casino/hotel ala Green Valley Ranch.

When I asked the Red Rock poker room manager about the $4 rake at GVR coming to RR, he told me his hands are pretty much tied there.

$4 rake and all, I'll still be there in the front row. YMMV.
