Re: The reason Fantasy Football sucks
[ QUOTE ]
In most I've played in Rushing TD=6pts and 20 rush yards=1 point. What is the usual then? [/ QUOTE ] That's most definitly not normal. Normal is 1 pt/10 yard and 6 PT TD's. 1 pt/15 is seldom used and 1 pt/20 is almost never used for rushing. |

Mine is certainly 20/pts rushing. My commissioner must suck, I'm talking about you, Drew16. Douchebag.

Re: The reason Fantasy Football sucks
The best way to run a league and keep excitement going all year long is to do away with matchups each week. If it is a 12 team league, then each week, the top six point getters get a win, the bottom six get a loss.
Then in the playoffs, week 14 top two records get a bye and the next four play, but again no matchups. Top two point getters win and advance to semis, same format. The superbowl is technically the only "matchup" head to head game. This prevents someone from losing a match 105 - 100 and see someone else win 67 - 61 which always pissed me off. |

Re: The reason Fantasy Football sucks
The real reason fantasy football sucks is because I drafted last on yahoo and my team was so incredibly bad that I just virtually ignored it the entire year.
Yay for finishing 2-12 with 516 points. How rockin was this team... 1. (9) D. Culpepper 2. (12) J. Lewis 3. (29) C. Martin 4. (32) J. Walker 5. (49) C. Chambers 6. (52) D. Driver 7. (69) E. Johnson 8. (72) R. Longwell 9. (89) Cincinnati 10. (92) B. Westbrook 11. (109) Ro. Smith 12. (112) B. Stokley 13. (129) B. Leftwich 14. (132) J. Wilkins 15. (149) M. Campbell |
