Re: 15, Gurly tight, action check
Not capping the flop is very bad. These people are calling with anything.
Also, did you say HOLLAAAAAAAAAAAA after this? |

Re: 15, Gurly tight, action check
I think 3-betting the river is spewing.

Raise/Cap the flop
Everything else is fine. |

Re: 15, Gurly tight, action check
I think that's just fine. I dont mind your not capping preflop. Get those big bets in on the turn, although obviously in this case you would have had unlimited action on the flop too.

Re: 15, Gurly tight, action check
Once BB 3 bets the flop I think you have to cap it b/c you've got such an equity edge and they are gonna call it anyway.
What your plan if the spade don't fall on the turn? Theres a chance it would get checked through on the turn which would be horrible for you. I think you played the river fine |

I think 3-betting the river is spewing. [/ QUOTE ] What? Let's see...you think one of the villains has K5, KK, K7, or 77 enough here to merit a 3-bet being a spew? |

Re: 15, Gurly tight, action check
Unknowns in the PP 15 play those hands, and do you think villain is capping the turn and raising the river with trips or a flush? If so, OP needs to make a note and take down a screenname.
I'd opt for a checkraise/call for two reasons: 1) Less bets go in 2) Betting out will most like fold BB/SB, whereas checkraising will more likely get them to call at least 1 bet. |

Re: 15, Gurly tight, action check
looks like you got turned.
i think mp2 has 77. on the flop he's put the bb on a 5 and probably has you on a spade draw so he raises to find out if there's a king out there. when the bb 3 bets, mp2 takes one off and hits. i think after the turn cap i'm probably only check calling the river |
