by far the biggest dick move on this forum. nothing is even close to this, as no one has inadvertantly (sp?) killed someone. I have to ask....do you feel bad? He was obviously [censored] up, and I can only see myself feeling bad for maybe....half a year?

edited to say of course you felt bad, i guess i was asking if you still feel as bad now as you did then.

[/ QUOTE ]

When we found out I and probably we were more worried about the coming [censored] storm and how bad we were [censored]. thanks to our friend David who was like blarq in that he knew everything we ended up not getting in trouble at all.

I feel bad yes but being in the Army at the time I don't its hard to explain but I never had time to dwell on it for the next 3 years.

[censored],
for some reason i think ive seen a pic of you and you didnt strike me as the military type at all. also, i can see where being in the military would probably desensitize you to the fact taht this guy killed himself.

best wishes,
nl

the truth is I wasn't the military type at all. I did fine, never got in much trouble and moved up nicely (mostly because there are alot of people who can't really follow directions) but it wasn't a good fit. I got depressed a lot not from that but because it's not a thinking man's profession at least at the lower enlisted level. strange times. I met a few really cool guys though which made it better.

We I guess I'm just heartless. I don't feel bad for him and I don't think you did anything wrong.

This sounds like a story right out of the script for M.A.S.H.
