Re: AJ on the button facing too much action.
Do you call one bet on the river if you don't fill up?

Re: AJ on the button facing too much action.
Calls down unless more paint hits on the river and you are facing two bets.

[ QUOTE ] OK I did call the flop waiting for a safe turn card to raise. Hero calls Turn: A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, UTG 3 bets, UTG+1 calls, Hero? [/ QUOTE ] Hey Stealthy getting 15:1 closing the action folding isn't an option. [/ QUOTE ] lol I knew that the options were raise (bad) or call (good), never fold (terrible). I went into calldown mode but did not expect to win the pot. The river was a brick and it went UTG bets, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls. UTG has AJ of something, the same as me basically. UTG+1 had a set of 9s and he takes down a nice pot. Oh well. Another day another dollar down the drain! |

Re: AJ on the button facing too much action.
As others said, calling the flop raise and raising a safe turn is probably your best move. After the turn 3-bet, I'm calling down.
