Did I lose VIP status?
I'm starting to get a little worried here. I've sent two emails to VIP support, one early last week and one this morning, and have not received a reply and I no longer get information about the promotion they offered me two weeks ago. Not really sure where to turn to here to find out where I stand with my bonuses. Could they have taken away the VIP offer and not tell me? Suggestions?

This is just standard PP operating procedure. Ive played 20k hands this month and emailed VIP@pp 3 times along with an email to my vip reps personal email. Its going on 3 weeks since my first email and 1 week since my last without a response. Even when I was sending the emials I really didnt expect any type of speedy response. As it turns out their vip program is not so vip after all.

I wouldn't worry about it just yet. I've received fast responces from them before, but am currently waiting on a responce and it has been several days. Also, a friend of mine who is in the VIP, who generates a LOT of rake (more than 10k in a month) has also gone a few days without receiving a responce. One thing that might be true is that they don't respond on weekends.

They dont respond ever. PP CS sucks. PP VIP CS sucks. Simple as that.

I'm in the same boat ... been emailing them daily for the last week - heard nothing.
But I'm giving them some leeway after their new beta software! |
