No. I'm thinking the big blind will lose about 0.6% of his money per event but was hoping someone could verify this.

Intuitively, I'd think the BB would lose more, because the SB would fold every time the BB held an overpair to his 2 cards.

But the big blind is only missing out on a small percentage of edge here. Most pair vs two undercards runs between 3:1 to 4:1. The small blind happens to be getting 3:1 on his money.
