Re: KK preflop question
[ QUOTE ]
I make it 1200 to go and am pushing pretty well all flops, including those with an A. Pushing can look like you don't want a call, so its not a bad play, but with 2 players involved already, MP1 will want a monster to go to the felt with you here, but may call off another 900 PF "because he can afford it" You can get really cute and check and hope someone makes TP <K as well. Regards, Woodguy [/ QUOTE ] My problem with this sort of play here is that we kill off all the small PPs and many of the big cards on a lot of flops. |

My problem with this sort of play here is that we kill off all the small PPs and many of the big cards on a lot of flops. [/ QUOTE ] We might be, but we also giving them the opportunity to call off some chips PF first, and a push gets a lot of those hands to lay down PF. If you want you can c/r the flop, but after raising into 2 players a flop check is more suspicious than a push. Regards, Woodguy |

I'm pushing here because I'm pushing with a fairly wide range against the opponents whose descriptions you gave. [/ QUOTE ] how wide? AK-AQ AA-TT more? |

Re: KK preflop question
for value: 77 and up, AJ and up KQ. You have less than 3k in chips. This is the time to gamble hardcore to try and build a stack, or double rebuy to get up to 3k.
