A live hand with sort of erratic action
Borgata 20/40. 9-handed game. Dr Savage opens 3 off the button (the table has been tight so his range is wide), the hijack--apparently an older high limit regular who is slumming it now for whatever reason--coldcalls. He's coldcalled a couple of Dr Savage's openraises first in and he hasn't don't anything interesting postflop. CO, a pretty bad player who is now noticably drunk and has started playing every hand coldcalls, button folds, I 3-bet from the SB with A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], BB folds, Dr Savage calls, hijack now caps, everyone calls. 4 players 17 SBs.
Flop is J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I check, Savage checks, hijack bets, CO calls, I call, Savage calls. 4 players 10.5 BBs. Turn is a 9. I check, Savage checks, hijack now checks, CO hesitates slightly and bets, and I checkraise... |
