Just started playing FL again after a big break.
I've started of by losing, which isn't nice. I haven't belted a lot of hands, but I was wondering if anyone could see if I was playing a bit strange or the cards are against me! Here are some PT pictures: ![]() ![]() Don't know if they'll work but I'll try. Regards Philip |

Check out the stats thread.
And to put it nicely, your sample size is ridiculously small. Is this all you've played? How were you doing before if you've played more? Check out the 6-max graph thread for some scary downswings. Yours is nothing. Now we just wait for milesdyson to come in and post "100 BB downswing. LOL." |

Sample size is WAY to small. I can't possibly judge anything about your play of only 500 hands. The only thing I see is that your PF raise is quite low. Come back at about 5k hands then 10k then we will really see what your stats are like.

If you feel as though you must post a stat post, it is strongly recommended that you have at least a 10K hand sample size. [/ QUOTE ] FAQ is here in case you missed it |

Small sample size, ditto, but I just noticed you win over 50% at showdown. Are you calling to the river then folding 2nd or 3rd pair? Only calling the river bet when you're 90% sure you will win? Check calling or calling without re-raising villains raises when you know you have the best hand? Afraid to put your money in until the river because "your hand isn't made until the river"?
Now I'm just making assumptions here; but that high of a percentage makes me think either you are folding too many large pots on the river, or you are afraid to value bet before the river (both would maximize your winnings to offset your losses). |

Dude, total suckage. Totally.
Just kidding, I played more hands than that today. You can easily play that many hands and be either a loser or a winner. Either a winning session or a losing one, you make bad plays, good plays, and still have whatever leaks you had yesterday. 500 hands is nothing. Poker is about the long run. |

52% is well the desired range i would have thought. certainly wouldn't want it too much lower than 50% -> you'd be seeing too many showdowns imho.
