The only reasons I can see not to cap the flop with a comfortable 50%+ equity here are if you think you might fold a player (not likely, especially with your read) and if you feel it might telegraph your draw (not something I'm concerned about with this action, since action will almost certainly slow down with a flush card unless you're up against another flush (and then you need to worry anyway) and you can probably c/r the straight, whether or not you cap.

Rest of the hand plays itself, though I'd give serious thought to folding if the SB raised the turn and faced you with 2 cold, when the board paired.
