eCasinoDeals Response Time
How long does it take these guys to get back e-mails? It's been 5 days since I sent them 2 separate e-mails and they still haven't gotten back (this doesn't include the comp submission that's been 5 days).

Because of overactive spam filters that are present at some ISP's, we have found that many of our email replies get blocked because of the fact we have the word "casino" in our domain. We have recently implemented a new "Help Desk" system that is completely web-based.
If you click on the "Contact Us" link on out site, you will now be brought to our new help desk. Thanks, eCasinoDeals This will solve the problem of our customers not receiveing answers to their questions. |
