So I'm waiting to get my haircut today, flipping through an old U.S. News and World Report from July, and came across this article about how vulnerable New Orleans was to a hurricane. Pretty good reading:

no see Bush actually cut all of the massive funding that Clinton had put into place to rescue New Orleans incase of a hurricane
