Tyler, he is new to the table, so I don't know how he has been playing.

FeNeF, I understand that. Just a habit giving as much background info as possible. So many posters don't do it and it is very annoying.

Everyone else... I agree that it seems to be an easy call against an unknown. In the smaller buyin tournaments, this is a no brainer. I just thought players would be better in the 100+9.

I made the call and villain showed A8o... so it was a good call. My problems here are that I thought play was better at these higher buyins, and an UTG raise usually means a pretty big hand, so a middle position allin would generally mean a monster and finally the guy gave me a lot of grief for not laying it down, LOL. In any case, I'm really not good enough to lay down QQ in that situation, and I'm glad I didn't [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
