Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $10.
UTG raises, 1 fold, CO 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero caps, UTG folds, CO calls.

Flop: (10.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, CO raises, Hero ???

What's the plan? Villian is 56/8/.7/42 over 248 hands.

I would call and donk the turn.

Looks like trouble against this guy... He's probably only re-raising top 3-4%, and I doubt he raises the flop with just overcards. I just want to see showdown as cheap as possible, and hope he shows jacks. I might donk a scare turn (board pairing) in case he is on a draw, but somehow I doubt he is.

I would 3bet the flop and call down if capped.

Going for a turn checkraise is a bad idea, IMO. He can get away from Ahigh (which he often won't if you just play it straightforward), he can take a free card, or he can 3bet, when he has you crushed.

I didn't see the stats on villian before, after seeing them now, we are more likely to be behind. I want to see a showdown though. I guess calling down is best, but I may 3bet the flop first.
