I don't think any of the Vegas buffets take reservations. Bellagio and Mirage have the two best buffets in my opinion. Mirage completely renovated their buffet about two years ago and it is awesome. You also cannot go wrong at Bellagio. Both have a huge variety of quality food.

Bellagio, IMO, is the BEST dinner buffet I've ever had. And I don't really like buffets...but let me tell you, this is a MUST visit. Anything you can imagine...venison chops, ceviche, sushi, steaks, prime rim, tons of pastas, seafood, I can't even think of it all, but it's great. The dessert area is also great...flan, cremebrule, cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries the size of softballs.
If you play poker at Bellagio (mid limits), ask for a line pass before you go during prime dinner time. You jump right to the front of what is often a long line. I've heard the Paris brunch is also amazing, but I've never had it...I will in December. Jeff |

Best are Bellagio and Alladin. I think Alladin is around $25 and Bellagio is around $30 for dinner. Be warned that while Bellagio is clearly the king of Vegas buffetts, finicky people may not like it. One of my friends described it as a buffet consisting of animals you might see on Wild Kingdom. He is definitely more the burger & fries type.
The best less expensive buffetts are off the strip. If you go downtown, Main Street Station is pretty good and about $11 or so for dinner |

Bellagio didn't impress me as much as it does some....I really love the seafood buffet at the Rio...it's not just deafood, but you casn fill up on all the crab legs, lobstertails, shrimp, clams, ehatever you want. It's great. It's pretty pricey, too - #35 a pop.

I can also recommend the $9 Boulder Station buffet. Good value.
I think they are all good, except the Excalibur. Avoid it like the plague. In fact, I think the plague was on that buffet. |

The Rio, Bellagio, Mirage, and Strat are pretty good. Haven't been to the renovated Alladin yet. Also, just a FYI, if you're a guy and obviously like meat, skip the buffet and just get the rodizio dinner at Samba in the Mirage(next to the buffet). Basically they just bring out hunks of like 10 different kinds of bbq meat and its all you can eat and probably #1 on my list of wonderful tastes.
