Re: suited connectors...I think I hate my line
Push or fold on the flop is the only thing I'd do differently -- results?

Re: suited connectors...I think I hate my line
I probably push flop, you have some f/e and you're ahead of AA, KK, slightly ahead of 88, and barely behind JJ if it went 3 handed.
If it ends up heads up with 88, you're almost even money 46%. You'll be putting in 100 ish to win 240 or 340 ish. And then the metagame purposes. Its much easier to get your sets called when you push here. |

Re: suited connectors...I think I hate my line
I thought about pushing the flop but I was hoping to get woday to hang around which would justify that $30 smooth call. Once he folded and the A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] turned, I had to push. If I get beat by a higher flush or a set that rivers a boat, so be it.
Pata showed K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] which is another reason I love playing Empire Poker. All that action and he's raising the flop into the PF raiser with a gutshot or a runner/runner flush? Not played terribly well but that's the beauty of Empire/Party, you might not play a hand particularly well but chances are the other guy played his worse! |

Re: suited connectors...I think I hate my line
check raise the flop all-in.
However, if that guy didn't raise to $30 before you, thats what I would have done, and then pushed the turn. |
