Dorm food(Purdue Univ, rated best dorm food :

Made to ordrer Stir Fry /w shrimp, beef and sweet and sour sauce, asian noodles(no idea what the real name is), some hummus and pitta bread, and a large glass of half cholocate milk half white, and on the way out a chocalte cake batter ice cream cone.

Went to Sawatdee... Some thai noodle dish with brocolli and shrimp and a ton of brownish sauce, almost could qualify as soup. Wasn't too good, I'm going back to ordering Pad Thai.

Sawatdee is quite good, IMO. Not like ridiculously good but a very good change of pace in Minneapolis. It also has decent ambiance.

Where are you during the day in Minneapolis? Downtown? I have several choice spots I'd hit up in the skyway when I worked there a year ago.

I work downtown but on the other side of the metrodome. The downtown Minneapolis one is the one we go to though.

For a few months I worked across the street from the Sawadtee that you might go to (on 4th street). I believe there is at least one more downtown not really all that far (nothing downtown is far from anything else actually) so perhaps you went to that one.
