Ok I think its close so I (tried) to do the math:

Assuming everyone will call all bets on turn and river you will bet once and get two calls on the turn 1BB for a pot of 9BB (9:1 pot odds).

You have 12 outs to a straight or a flush (2.8:1).

Based on that I guess the math says bet (and I guees it wasn't that close???)...

Here's the problem is my math right (I'm pretty new to this)???

I think the basic math calcs are lost on this hand. You would really need to get into specific hand ranges, IMO.

I think a key consideration, is that your opponents will have great odds to call with a flush draw (great for me). They dont have the odds to call with 2 OCs (if they think I am made, which is also good for me).

I like betting the nut flush draw rather than the free card, b/c a decent opponent see a check behind on the turn fro what it was, a free card play. So, T9c, may just check call (most likely we get a single raise in) if we make the flush on the river. However, when we bet the turn, we may be able to get the river capped against a weaker flush.
