Ciaffone and Reubens [sp?] isn't bad, although it's not as specific as the 2+2 books. TOP is probably your best bet, though.

The price you need to draw in NL is incredibly situational. Stack sizes play a huge role. So does the skill level of your opponent. It's all about determining what your implied odds really are.

Unless you're on party. Then you don't have any since your stack is the size of the pot on the flop.... [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]
