Is the clean computer barrier removed?
A crucial issue is the longstanding technical barrier that prevents non-savvy players from signing up for a skin using the same computer that they signed up for Party.
Does anyone know if this barrier has been removed because of the split? Are the skins now free to compete for Party's fish? |

Re: Is the clean computer barrier removed?
While it would make sense, I think the best business move will be to keep it the way it is. Why would Party want players to easily register at the skins when they are trying to crush them?

Doesn't it go the other way. I have an Empire account but no Party account. They want me to switch. There should not be an obstacle to that switch.

the skins can do an upgrade in software that would make multible accts easy to set up.

Re: Is the clean computer barrier removed?
Maybe. I was under the impression that they are using Party's software, and that only Party would be changing it around. Maybe I am wrong, I don't know. In my opinion, it would not make much sense for Party to change that themselves.

You signed up for a skin tonight? Where did you sign up? I only have accounts at PTY and EU because I didn't want to go through the hassle of having to go through a clean computer.

Re: Is the clean computer barrier removed?
they're no longer affiliated with each other, so signing up on a clean computer would no longer make sense for anyone involved.
