Shuffled once 10% of the deck is used I think is what the page said

Um... I feel the need to save you all from -EV hell.

They shuffle the deck after every hand. Using 100% optimal strategy you are still -EV....

So uh... stop playing it?

They shuffle after 42 cards have been dealt. I'll leave it to you to figure out why.
