I recomend a gartorade bottle, nice large oppening, and can seal it back up nice and tight. I use this when I am camping and do not want to get out of my tent to pee, when its freezing cold out. Then I just set the bottle outside my tent. Works well.

Maybe the key is "peeing when you don't need to". I haven't tried it yet, so maybe it's unrealstic.
Whenever it's preflop/flop and your hand is either folded or going to the muck, you run to the bathroom. By going when you don't feel the need to go, your pisses should be considerably shorter.

Why not just catheterize yourself, or have a cystotomy tube placed? It would be a lot more sanitary.
