Re: Bottom two on single suited flop against aggro
I would have to think that from the description he would have pushed with any strong Q, pp 9's and maybe even 5's.
If he is calling all-in bets with pp 2's and hoping for a 50% chance he is most likely not experienced/ good enough to be changing gears. So I think you can safely put him in a range of hands to flat call on the button with folds around. He probably has noticed you snapping him off on his steal attempts so if he were playing a monster like aces he would probably put in a raise similar to the one that got him snapped off before so he could come back over the top. I would put him on a weak Q with a [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] kicker. I wouldn't want to push all in here. With the minimum raise I would make the call and see what hits. I would check and fold to another [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and push if a blank hits. This may be weak tight but I try to avoid 50/50 shots when my tourney life is at stake. Re: Bottom two on single suited flop against aggro
Hero calls.
I think villain either has a Q with a club or the ace of clubs. The flopped flush is unlikely (1/25 hands) but possible: if its a small flush, then a bigger raise might have been in order. I'm pushing a non club turn. |

Re: Bottom two on single suited flop against aggro
tough spot, the open-limp from LP at this stage doesn't help matters. He could easily have a couple of connecting clubs or a Q9.
I probably call and push on a non-club/non-queen turn. |
