Default A10 in the BB on the bubble

Home game tourney (10 player STT). 4 players left, top 3 paid. Blinds 100-200. UTG is LAG. Hero lost the last pot (if you are wondering why i didn't push the hand before).

UTG (2000)
Button (2600)
SB (1700)
Hero (BB) (700)

Hero is dealt A10o

UTG pushes all-in (2000).
Button folds
SB folds
Hero?

The action seems obvious to me, just wanted to confirm it is the consensus.

Re-raise. Put him to the test.

I would fold. After the SB passes, you'll be left with 600 chips. Look for an opportunity where you can push all in first. With a multiple of 2x, you'll need to start pushing just about everytime you have the opportunity and try to double up.

"meh" is one of the few acronyms I don't recognize. What does it stand for? Thanks.
