its all in the margins (i.e. the closer you get to the postseason the more important the win), but why screw up some good yankee bashing so don't forget about the 34 million luxury tax George has to pay in November plus the assumed pro-rated salaries of lawton, leiter, chacon, embree, bellhorn (not sure who else).

somethings wrong with those numbers, or im clueless.
first theyre out of date, the yankees are .569 and the royals are .326 right now $/win to me looks like: nyy- 2.78 kc- .85 or am i doing it wrong?? |

The team has a .336 winning percentage. What difference does it make how much they're spending per win? Anybody can lose cheaply.

They are so bad that somehow they recently took 2 out of 3 from Oaktown.
