They just declared marshall law in SE Louisiana. "There are no more civil rights in the city of New Orleans or SE Louisiana." The central business district was dry last night, but it's flooding now. The water's rising.

we need the REALLY good forces from the national guard and armed forces to help here. just think what the seabees (sp?) alone could do!
