I think a raise in the neighbourhood of 75-90 narrows the field as effectively as 150.
With a 315 pot and 625 stack, it's hard to make a move without being committed. I would make a lower PF raise, and bet the flop between 3/4 and pot-sized. |

Raise this to 105 PF instead. 150 is a bit much.
And yes, push the flop. |
