Legos were definitely the coolest. Too bad they turned into pre-manufactured crap. That was the charm of legos, turning them into whatever you wanted, not being forced to build a lame pirate ship by putting together hull part 1 and hull part 2.

The ring was cool but it sucked cause it'd always crack down the middle.

Yes. I must have went through 4 rings because of this. Also, the steel cage add-on was a must, though it was pretty hard to move the figures with it attached.

Here was my favorite figure, Cpl. Kirschner. He was a nobody, but he was the star of my fed. Yes, I had a fed. Belts and all.
