Alamo Poker?
Anybody play here? What network are they on? They say they have 3400 players at tables right now(last night it was 9500), but their support says they are not part of any network. That doesn't seem possible.
Seems to have a nice bonus, but can't find T&C's to determine if it's dealt or contributed hands. Once again support is confused on the topic. |

Looks like a pokerroom skin.

Re: Alamo Poker?
Looks like it is more of a rakeback deal. For every $5 in rake you pay they release $1 of your bonus.

Re: Alamo Poker?
i'd say support is lying/stupid. theres no way that a site with 10k traffic exists that is unknown to almost every player here. its probably a pokerrom skin or a prima skin

i'd say support is lying/stupid. [/ QUOTE ] I didn't get the feeling they were lying.....stupid/cluless on the other hand......... Of course, there seem to be few in the poker customer service arena that step above that level. |

Re: Alamo Poker?
[ QUOTE ]
http://www.alamopoker.com/poker/bonu...leshooting.php [/ QUOTE ] Of course, that page is inconsistent with this page, http://www.alamopoker.com/poker/bonus_rules.php One states a 20% bonus the other 50%, one $5 rake for $1 release the other a 10x play through. When you click on the standard promotional terms in the 2nd link it becomes more muddled and less conclusive. Support said it was contributed raked hands, but the guy I spoke with had a great deal of trouble understanding the question, and I'm not sure he ever did. Hence the confusion. |
