8-5 Job. How much should you actually work?
I know your employer would want you to work 8 straight hours (with an hour for lunch, of course), but considering smoke breaks/socializing and the inability to remain efficient for 8 straight hours, what is reasonable to expect?

Depending on the industry, I would say that most americans actually do 4 hrs of good work a day.
