Detroit Motor city casino sit and go tourneys?
Anyone tried the sit and go tourneys at Motor City? Until now the only place I've played is Greektown at their 1/2 NL $50/$100 buy in, but I would like to get into a live one table tourney somewhere.
Any comments are greatly appreciated Thanks |

I remember the vig being really high at greektownand not worth the time [/ QUOTE ] Yes, very high. I recently went to Niagra and played at the older of the two casinos on the river and it was only $5 per 1/2 hour canadian currency. Much better than Greektown. There were a lot of idiots playing as well because most of the "kids" there were tourists on vacation versus the regulars you get in Detroit. I ended up making about $400 in only 2 hours! I just wish I lived closer Anyway with that said, I am still dissapointed that Greektown doesn't have one table tourneys like I have heard with Motor City. Just curious if they are worth trying out. |
