I don't think the face is that bad in the Mardi Gras pic - just a bad closeup and that smile stretches things out a bit -

you know, in the dark, it's hard to see the face anyways...

I'd do it - (but then I'm 32 and have to lower my standards - in my 20's I'd never sleep with anyone who could singlehandedly kick my ass)

Why wouldn't you? I'd guess she has a good body and her face isn't horrible. Unless there are other factors at work, go for it.
