Re: 200 NL 6 max KK hand
i usually play 10-handed, but if it was me here i would do everything the same but fold to his flop raise
i don't think you can call his flop raise and just hope he checks it down, reverse implied odds = bad here |

Re: 200 NL 6 max KK hand
you think most players will auto raise their ace there? it seems as if more peopel would just call the flop trying to be coy.

He sure as heck doesn't want to give you free cards if you're holding something like KhQh. I fold to the flop raise against a total unknown. Against some players, I'll call both the flop and turn but I think you need to know your opponent better to make that call. |

Re: 200 NL 6 max KK hand
I gotta agree this guy probably has the ace. Only reason he is raising here. Probably some ace crap hand but he is afraid of the 2 draws.

Re: 200 NL 6 max KK hand
this is SSH, he could have anything from a dry jack to any pp to a flush draw, trying to get me off bigger pair. I almost never see people raise with their ace on the flop, especially in raised pot.

Re: 200 NL 6 max KK hand
OK, if that's your read, then its a clear call on the turn, right? You start out saying there's no way he could have an ace (I'm guessing you'd agree that he wouldn't play JJ this fast, either) so the turn card doesn't really change anything as, assuming your read is good, you're way ahead.
