Hi,

I want to get this, but how do you apply the rebate? When I click the rebate link on the staples site, I get this message.

"Sorry, but a mistake has been made. The SKU number did not find any matching promotions. Please correct the SKU number and try again."

WARNING

Just ordered the mouse and tried to submit the rebate online via www.stapleseasyrebates.com . It wouldn't go through.

Called the general customer support. She tried and it wouldn't go through.

She gave me the number to the staples rebate hotline or whatever they call it.

They told me they had been having problems with this specific rebate and that they coundn't enter it manually for me either.

Said I should mail it in and it will show up in 6 weeks.

Will it actually show up or will there be another "problem"? I'm strongly considering cancelling my order.

I started to order one online, then decided to check the local store. They had it in stock at the same price--$59.95. I bought it. The guy printed out all the rebate stuff but said it would be two weeks quicker to enter the rebate online. I came home and did it. It seems to have worked. I got a confirmation e-mail immediately.
