Re: Player mucks cards then pulls them out to hit boat
[ QUOTE ]
..i would have b***hed up a storm..once those cards hit the muck pile their dead.. [/ QUOTE ] At a home game, I'd probably have said nothing ... unless it was my brother who mucked the cards, in which case I'd have b***ched a storm. But that has nothing at all to do with poker. |

Re: Player mucks cards then pulls them out to hit boat
I would say he still wins, cuse you could have people going all in, other people calling and once the other person shows the other guy can muck no matter what he has and thus enabling more cheating. Once someone is all in i would agree they can do anything including mucking even if they do do it. the hand must be finished. Now if he had QQ and the hand finished, he mucked it and didnt realize he had QQQQ then id say he lost obviously. But in this case, at my house i would say he won, and just remind him not to muck ever if hes all in.

Re: Player mucks cards then pulls them out to hit boat
[ QUOTE ]
If the Queens were shown then mucked in disgust, why wouldn't a "cards speak" rule come into play? [/ QUOTE ] Key word is "mucked". He forfeits any claim to the pot once his cards hit the muck. |
