$2/$4, $3/$6, and $5/$10
So is $3/$6 such a tag fest that a player would be better off jumping to $5/$10?

You think it gets better there?

$5/$10 full ring is not easy to beat. I think $3/$6 is much easier, but I don't know how the addition of the 6-max tables is going to affect it.

Well, it's definately better a better move than switching to those unbeatable 6 max tables, which all TAG's should stay away from as the shorthanded MONSTERS in those games will suck your money away.

If you find 5/10 to have too many tags, I would definitely recommend 10/20 or 15/30 - as you would expect, these levels are more attractive to fish who don't have a clue. |

Re: $2/$4, $3/$6, and $5/$10
I have played both in the past and honestly - with good table selection both are the same as 2/4. I've played on 5/10 tables that are +40% preflop and 3/6 that are +40% preflop.
I wish my bank could afford 5/10!! |

Ive been considering doing the same.
Now when 3/6 tightened up i doubt i will make more money on 3/6 full than i do on 2/4 full. If i played 3/6 it would be for experiance. |

Re: $2/$4, $3/$6, and $5/$10
At party the way to go up had always been this:
.5/1 -> 1/2 -> 2/4 -> 3/6 -> 5/10 (6max) -> 10/20 (6max) -> 15/30 or preferably 20/40 However with 3/6 short appearing and killing the full game just like it did at 5/10 and 10/20 you can now turn that into 6 max too. |
