Of regular players? I'd expect there's a lot of players who buy in once or twice, and that's that. An while they certainly need to be counted/represented, I'm not sure how to do that.

I'm not sure 15-20% of the online players have even bothered reading A book (any book) on hold'em much less being 2+2'ers. If you think about it, that would be 3 2+2'ers at every 2 tables. Then you figure "most" 2+2'ers multi-table, every table would have 2+ 2+2'ers. If that's the case the tables above 2/4 must be 75% 2+2'ers.
