I could respond in full, but I won't. You are wrong. Anyone have anything intelligent to say?

The camera is all the credible witness I need; which the supervisor and floorman admitted my statements were technically accurate.

I have never known them to go to a camera for something like this. I have known management to go take a break and come back and say they watched the tape.

SO did you decide to not speak up or did you MISS THE ACTION. You claim they admitted it happened as you claim, most lkely they said something to appease you. If you dont' want to heat my opion on this matter that is your business, but the people that post hear that work in this industry can tell you how often I am incorrect about appropiate B&M procedure.

You are free to say/think/believe whatever you like. I will defend to the death that I vehemently objected the decision, the supervisor claimed he viewed the incidence on camera, brought me into a small room with television displays of the various camera recordings, flat out told me that I was correct, but that he would do nothing about it. I'm telling you I made a big enough deal about it for the supervisor to pick me up after a won hand (after the incident, first i went to the board twice complaining- checking up, and was told that the supervisor was looking over it and would contact me) you all can disbelieve or judge as you like, perhaps if you are faced with a similar situation you will understand.

I have ruled on similiar situations many times. I have known any casino anywhere in the world to allow a guest to enter survelience. The fact that you claim they allowed you to see a tape speaks volumes to your credibility.
