Could someone define the parameters of a blind steal??
Sorry for being a moron, but could someone define the accepted parameters of a blind steal. I am having a debate with a friend about a raise from the CO when the button folds

So is it raising from the CO or button when nobody else has yet to act? When raising from the CO and the Button calls or re-raises, is this still tracked as a blind steal attempt?
