Problems Cashing out on UB...
Hi all,
Has anyone had any trouble convincing Ultimate Bet to give back your money? The details: 3/24 - I submit a request to cash out my account and transfer all funds to my Neteller account 3/25 - I receive an Email from UB saying that they had received my request, and it would be processed within two days. 3/26 - I receive an email saying that my request had been processed. No funds appeared in my Neteller account. 3/31 - I emailed the cashier asking about the status of my withdrawl. No reply. 4/3 - I emailed customer support ("We reply to all emails within 24 hours!") with another query as to the status of my withdrawal. No reply. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there anything I can do other than continue to email these people? Many thanks, Sam |

this might sound like a stupid question, but are you sure you have the same email address for ub and neteller?

Funny you should ask...
Just before I saw your reply, I noiced this provison, and that would seem to be the problem. I wrote to Customer Support and asked how we unscrew this. Thanks, and wish me luck, Sam |
