Default New Software Upgrade for The Gaming Club Poker Room

Hi All,

Just to inform you of the latest software upgrade that’s just taken place and what new features are available.

There are still features that we’ve received feedback on or have been requested that are still in development and will be implemented in later releases, but this latest upgrade has a few features and fixes which players have asked for. Please see below for a breakdown of what is available:

1. Private Tables
You’ll notice a new tab in the lobby to the right of the Multi tab called “Private”. Players can now create their own private tables and the following game types are available:

Cash Games
Sit & Go’s
Free Rolls
Multi Table Tournaments

To create a private table, click the MENU button and in the sub menu you’ll see “Manage Private Tables”. Simply follow the prompts and select whatever game suits your needs.

Bear in mind that there are requirements on being able to create a private table. Details are provided by the system prompts when you begin the table creation process.

2. Raked Hand Counter
Also in the MENU section you’ll see “Raked Hands”. This will allow you to view the amount of raked hands over a customizable date range.

3. Dealer Button Incorrect Rotation Fixed
The dealer button moving incorrectly in relation to the blind bets when preferred seating is selected in Mini View has been addressed and no longer occurs.

And that concludes the breakdown of the visible features in this upgrade.

Just to pre-empt some questions, we are well aware of the demand for quicker hand histories and faster BRP information updates (some of the items that have been hotly debated and requested recently) amongst other requests. Simply put, it’s on the list

For those of you that have already noticed the above changes, please would you let us have your opinions (good or bad), if you’ve found any bugs or if you think they’re the best thing since Shana Hiatt

I like the new features.

However, I am have stopped playing at The Gaming Club until the hand history export and the bonus points counter are fixed.

I view these problems as critical for the site to be playable.
