Don't know where you live, but in Kansas you can double the fine and the ticket does not appear on your driving record. If you want to be really safe this may be an option.

You can't be serious. I wouldn't expect the insurance companies to stand for this.

Dead serious. You can do it only if you have not had a ticket in the last 12 months. You appear the day your fine is due, the clerk will actually ask everyone in the court room if they would like this option, and they proceed to the window. Also can't be 20 miles or more over (I think, I know there is a speed limitation).

I'm next door in MO(I guess we can still be friends), and I don't know if this is an option here. While I'd definitely go for something like that, it seems like a terribly unjust way to do things. I just imagine multi-millionaires blowing stop signs and treating school zones like the Autobahn.

Happens all the time. Like I said though once every 12 months. Remember Tickets generate revenue for the county, city, why would they not like to get more revenue, not have to file the paperwork on you. They make money and save money at the same time.
