Based on the flop cap, you almost have to bet like this. I might come out again on the turn to see if I get raised, then check/call the river (if everything's unimproved). Otherwise, I'm thinking he has his flush.

When the CO caps the flop, bets the turn and checks down the river when a blank falls, I can only conclude he missed with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7x (unless he thinks you'd open raise with a PP that matches the board and is afraid of a boat).
But you don't have position, so you can't benefit from that. Don't get into raising wars with scary boards heads up. I think you played it just fine on every street. |

Well played. I wouldn't raise turn here either as he's not gonna fold with a capped flop. Check/Call from turn on.
