Party 1-2 I have no reads on these players. Only that the table is averaging 8bb per pot which is good for the mostly tight party 1-2 games.
Hero is in MP3 w/ A spades Q hearts UTG limps, Hero raises, CO calls, Button calls, Blinds fold, UTG calls Flop (4 players and 4BB) K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img],3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img],T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG checks, Hero checks, CO checks, Button Checks I usually will not bet the flop in this situation with 3 or more opponents. Weak-Tight? Turn ![]() checked around. 4-1 odds to bluff, bet? River ![]() This gives me a st8 but someone could have a flush. With no one showing any aggression I think me st8 is good. I bet and you guessed it Button raises. I call. He shows 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] for the flush. Bet river? Call raise? My game has many leaks lately, any comments are greatly appreciated. |

since nobody bet the flop i would bet the turn...betting the river is fine, if you routinely check this kind of hand for fear of the flush i suspect you are losing a significant amount of money...
i also don't think that 3betting this river is out of the question... |

Bet the flop, check or bet the turn, bet the river.
The flush is there a fraction of the time. You must bet the river. How can you fear the flush when there has been absolutely no postflop action to this point? Fear not the flush. |
