I have been playing and studying for about six months. I finally feel comfortable that I can consistantly beat the six handed $1/$2 at UB. However, I can not seem to beat the 10 handed game. I realize that there could be many reasons, but what would some of the more general reasons be?

Some of the more general reasons would be playing too many hands, playing them out of position and/or going too far with them. Also, tricky plays that work short handed usually don't work at a full table.
Full table requires more patience and discipline. Especially when it comes to hand selection. |

much more fancy stuff like bluffing is needed at shorthanded games. You can afford to play hands like KJ or 10Js UTG.
In full table low limit games, the winning strategy is to play tighter than your opponents. -Eugene |
