Re: Playing a Multiway pot with a shortstack. 5/10
That was my initial thought, but i didn't want to bloat a pot out of position. If the player were a bit looser i would have stayed in, but at the time he seemed pretty tight.

Re: Playing a Multiway pot with a shortstack. 5/10
This is bizarre.
Raise the flop, then bet enough on the turn to put the short stack allin. If you somehow failed to raise the flop, then raise the turn enough to put the short stack allin. If UTG stays with you or reraises, you're probably toast, but right now you look good. A good rule is that you should not respect any short stack who minraises preflop (2x the donkey power). Put them allin when you get a decent hand; if they double up you can just take it from them later. |

Re: Playing a Multiway pot with a shortstack. 5/10
In hindsight i realize that i was being a bit tight, Next time i will raise the turn to put him allin. Anyways river was a blank and sb check called an all in with A7. UTG had AJ and took down the pot.

Reraise pf, raise the flop. THe way you played it, reraise turn to put the shortstack allin.
