6handed i raise 77 UTG, mp cold calls, lp 3 bets i call 3way.

J7x 2 hearts flop i bet MP raises LP 3 bets i cap both call.

turn is Ks same exact action.

river is a blank. same action but its up to me to cap, call or fold.

No way i'm folding here, that pot is way to big. If LP flopped jacks or turned Kings, good for him, but I can't find a fold here.

LP's PFR % certainly suggest that he started with a premium hand, however, and normally people with preflop standards like that aren't gonna go nutsy w/ TPTK. So unless he has KJ, i'm guessing your behind here. Hence, I don't cap. I call, and hate it, but I'd it it much worse if I folded and got shown top 2 or bottom set or even a strangly played (on the river) A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Why is capping stupid? I agree that calling is the play but I do not think that capping is a terrible idea either.

Basic hand reading skills. You really think you're hand is that great...that the last guy doesn' thave JJ or KK often enough for it to be bad and you don't mind the guy in the middle calling the 1 bet when he'll make better folds for 2.
